So true. Is there any reason why H4 EAD work visa( H1B spouse) was not ended?
This visa was never approved by congress yet 600,000 Americans lost jobs to it.
Hope they end H4 EAD immediately and give recent grads their first jobs.
Oh, your entire generation can't get a job (even with a Master's Degree in an Engineering field?) because we let foreigners on fraudulent Visas replace you? We aren't doing any meaningful visible things to get rid of them?
Well ...check out my BALLROOM!

🚨 NEW REPORT CALLS ON CONGRESS TO END OPT.
Consider these numbers:
• 418,781 foreign students and graduates authorized for OPT in 2024.
• Roughly 205,000 studied computer science or engineering.
• Recent American CS graduates face 7% unemployment.
• Employers can save up to $7,650 in payroll taxes per $100K salary for eligible OPT workers.
Meanwhile, legislation to end OPT has 39 cosponsors and remains stuck in committee.
American graduates deserve a fair shot at their first job.

HOLY CR*P 🚨 Official Election Administration and Voting Comprehensive Report buried all the way on page 193 of the document shows Texas processed 2,900,357 new valid voter registrations between 2022-2024 without proof of citizenship
Documented proof of citizenship like birth certificate, passport and naturalization papers is not required at the time of voter registration in Texas
56.5% of Texas voter registration were classified as “new valid registrations.”
This is extremely suspicious that 55% of Texas voter registrations were “new”

Have those political advisors & consultants been fired by Trump yet?
It's time for Team Susie for go.
💯💯💯 EXACTLY! 🇺🇸
DeSantis raises a fundamental question: Did Republicans do enough to deliver on their promises to American workers?
H-1B SHOULD BE ELIMINATED COMPLETELY. NOT JUST RESTRICTED OR REFORMED. END THE PROGRAM. END THE RENEWALS. PERIOD!
End OPT & H-4 EAD, overhaul employment-based green-card pipelines & make American citizens and U.S.-born STEM graduates the priority in American labor policy.
TRAIN AMERICANS. HIRE AMERICANS. REBUILD THE AMERICAN MIDDLE CLASS.
Had Republicans made these reforms a defining priority from DAY ONE, they could have entered the midterms with a powerful record of putting American workers first, even amid the Iran war, inflation & other economic challenges.
Young Americans deserve careers, financial security & a future worth believing in.
AMERICAN WORKERS FIRST. AMERICAN STEM GRADUATES FIRST. 🇺🇸

@RCamposDuffy It’s time to prune ALL of the anti American worker politicians in the GOP who refuse to end the foreign work visas that are stealing the futures from our hard working smart American graduates!! It’s the only way, end OPT H4ead J1 H1b etc etc etc!!
🚨 Another Microsoft Whistleblower came to me on Tuesday.
Indian Nationalists based in India having access to Government Clouds is a WIDESPREAD CONCERN within Microsoft. It is NOT an isolated incident. I have seen the proof.
HUGE CONCERNS FOR OUR NATIONAL SECURITY!!!
I am sending an investigative journalist friend to have lunch with the new whistleblower tomorrow, because I must prepare for surgery.
What I have heard so far is highly concerning.
More soon! I have a lot of screenshots I haven’t shared, but all screenshots are being turned over to the correct Gov agencies.
Lockheed's bonus list allegedly had 18 white names removed and 18 nonwhite names added, and it just cost $LMT $29.5M.
$22M of it is because Lockheed told the government it followed civil rights laws on its federal contracts, and the government says that wasn't true while the bonus program was running.
This is the fourth contractor case of this kind, after IBM and Accenture Federal.
The whistleblower is Tim Booher, a former Lockheed VP. He gets $4.4M.
I'd like to know which other defense contractors had HR teams building lists like this in 2020.
🚨 4 DAYS LEFT. MORE THAN 5,000 PUBLIC COMMENTS ALREADY SUBMITTED.
THE ELECTION IS OVER. BUT THE FIGHT FOR AMERICAN JOB OPPORTUNITIES ISN’T.
Young voters ages 18-29 just delivered a dramatic shift toward Democrats.
And look at what young Americans are facing:
• 5.2% unemployment among recent college graduates.
• 42.5% underemployment among employed recent graduates.
Behind those numbers are young people who did everything we asked.
They studied hard. Earned their degrees. Took on student debt. Believed that education would open doors.
Now many are sending out hundreds of résumés, getting rejected, or working jobs that don’t require their degrees.
Meanwhile, employers continue using H-1B and OPT programs to fill American jobs.
And Washington is considering a MAJOR change to OPT, the temporary employment program for international students.
THE PROPOSAL:
• $70,000 initial OPT fee.
• $30,000 subsequent OPT fee.
These proposed fees would be paid by the educational institutions recommending students for OPT.
Whether you SUPPORT or OPPOSE these fees, you have until NOVEMBER 9 to make your voice heard.
HERE’S EXACTLY HOW:
STEP 1: Visit the official federal rulemaking page:
https://t.co/bPlsU2Om9v
STEP 2: Click “Comment.”
STEP 3: Clearly state whether you support or oppose the proposed fees.
STEP 4: Explain WHY. Consider addressing:
• The impact on American graduates seeking their first jobs.
• Whether employers genuinely recruit qualified Americans.
• The impact of OPT on wages and hiring.
• Potential effects on universities and international students.
• Whether these fees would discourage abuse or create unintended consequences.
STEP 5: Include facts, data, or firsthand experience. Explain how the policy could affect you, your employees, your students, or your community.
STEP 6: Submit your comment before NOVEMBER 9 at 11:59 PM ET.
Don’t just write “I support this” or “I oppose this.”
Give Washington a substantive argument it can evaluate.
And to the young Americans who voted this week, regardless of party:
You made your voices heard at the ballot box.
Now here’s another opportunity to participate in shaping federal policy.
You deserve a fair opportunity to build a career, support a family, buy a home, and pursue the American Dream.
And you deserve to be heard.
🚨 DON’T LET THIS DEADLINE PASS.
REPOST so others know how to participate.
And tell me in the comments:
Should Washington prioritize reforming OPT, improving recruitment protections for American graduates, or both?
WHY?
