Capacity building in action! Today, M&E focal persons from 10 TVET institutions strengthened their capacity in data quality, reporting, & evidence-based decision-making under the Uganda eLearning Initiative guided by the expertise of Okolong Albert and Dr. Charles Edaku.
We recently concluded a Disability Inclusion Training for TVET instructors & management across 10 institutions in Uganda, with @MastercardFdn & @LftWUG strengthening inclusive teaching & equipping educators with practical skills to better support Students with Disabilities.
We facilitated a 5-day Training of Trainers workshop on Work Readiness & Entrepreneurship skills, equipping 30 Master Trainers from 10 TVET institutions with practical, labour-market aligned skills and strengthening facilitation capacity.
