@SarahBethBoss12 Working in any form of customer service can suck sometimes! I sell tickets to the local swimmingpool, & a customer tried to get in on a Saturday with a ticket that can only be used on weekdays between 6 am & 2 pm. He didn't knew that rule... Even though we make sure they do 😑🙄
