@goby I appreciate the reply and follow up email stating that the brush heads would be shipped btwn 6/30- 7/5. It is now 7/17 and order is still in progress🙄🙄🙄🙄
@gobyhq I ordered brush heads on 6/06 and the order is still “in progress” (R9090956455). Does it always take this long to receive replacement heads? I’m about ready to go back to an @OralB brush

@Thermador Thank you for the information. The funny thing is, I don’t own the meat probe! I’ve never plugged in the meat probe but the oven constantly tries to give me meat probe errors. Your help desk told me to just buy one to try to alleviate the problem🤷🏻♀️
@Thermador I can DM the model of my oven and other information. Your online chat told me they didn’t know what that code was and your customer care line was completely unhelpful. Told me again they have no access to error codes
@Thermador Your customer service was quite defensive, told me they are working with a skeleton crew and asked if I understood it would cost money just for a Thermador tech to walk in to my house. It was such a weird and unhelpful conversation
@away gave my daughter your bigger carry on (pink) for Xmas, the collapsible handle is hard to operate and one of the zippers came right off when trying to open an interior pouch (order #R355649090). How can we fix this?
@Audi maybe instruct your dealerships that if they will need a week during the holidays to fix a key fob(!!) they should relay that info when booking appointments. And don’t get annoyed when the customer calls get a status!
@RomancingNope@cmduke53@LandsEnd I had 2 skirts on the order that they weren’t sending bc the custom shirts weren’t ready. 2 months is too long to wait for in stock skirts! I got them to upgrade my shipping to next day once the custom stuff is done- u could see if they will do that for u
