@megynkelly@ScottAdamsSays Sorry to hear this. Hope and trust do not have to be vanquished in time of trial. They are a great sustaining force to call on in time of need. Faith is the ultimate victory that overcomes the world.
The point is, he came across the border unlawfully and is a citizen of El Salvador. He has no VISA or Green card. He had the default status of "inadmissible" for entry into the US. His one option to stay was to seek asylum.
The immigration court heard and denied his claim for asylum and issued a removal order. He appealed and that court decided he could be removed to anywhere but, apparently - GUATEMALA, where a rival 18th street gang threatened him. He was returned to his home country of El Salvador.
He never "entered" the US lawfully and remained under the jurisdiction of the AG/Homeland Security and the Immigration and Nationalities Act. He has no "right" to any other kind of due process.

...Many of us believe that he should be returned (to be deported promptly and correctly). However, no one familiar with the case would claim that a man (1) repeatedly accused of beating his wife, (2) suspected of human trafficking, and (3) accused of being an alleged MS-13 gang member lived quietly in Maryland.
@OPteemyst@elonmusk So good to see common sense application and the philanthropic movement projected into major tech breakthroughs. Mankind, our world, will and is harvest ing the benefits from critical thinking and scientific discovery.
@elonmusk I feel that the domestic terrorist Democrats are beyond the point of redemption. They are a broken party of misfits and malicious malcontents. They truly are lost.🧭
