There are approx 4 million barrels of crude oil in a fully-loaded oil tanker, or approx. 168 million gallons of crude oil... which refining... would be approx. 85 million gallons of gasoline. Last Wed. President Trump said the new Iran regime gave “him” 8 “boatloads” (tankers) of crude oil. Last Friday morning it was “10 boatloads”. This morning it was “20 more boatloads”. If it is all true, it would amount to a total of nearly 2.5 billion gallons of gasoline when refined, which is the total of what all Americans consume in 2.7% of a year... or about 10 days.

Just to see if my analysis is correct...

First of all Mr President, I don't think Iran gave this to “you”, sir. They gave it to the USA.

Second, there are approx. 250 million drivers (ages 16-85) in the USA.

Third, did we really give Iran’s old regime... another 4 days to open the Straight of Hormuz for 10 days worth of driving... and you have even “cabbaged” onto this?

Fourth, Iran is now selling 50% more oil, at a 50% higher price, than they were at the beginning of the war... 30 days ago. They are using this additional revenue to sustain and increase their war effort.. and still no other tankers but theirs, Russia’s and China’s are getting through the Straight of Hormuz. The tankers from other non-participating-in-the-war countries are allowed passage... for a $2 million fee.

I don't know if all this is 100% correct or not... but it's what all the “dots” show when connected. I will be deeply embarrassed if I missed a decimal point or two, but if I'm correct... or close to correct...
Mr. President, maybe it's time to think about a change in strategy... because seemingly... most of what we are hearing from them right now is, “bring it on”.
