Apartment complexes need to invest in hybrid generators. Help the homeowners save some money and allow the residences to be free of nights like last night. Use the roof space for solar panel which powers the generator. Fuel price high and sunlight free.

Last summer i asked an engineer i knew if my daughter could intern with her. This sparked an idea & she proceeded to create a 5 day workshop for teens who want to b engineers..a side hustle..35G for 5 days...last summer (2 workshops) this Easter 1 workshop.. entrepreneurship.

@_YoRasta There are plenty who are paying the association fees and not listing or closing sales. Turnover rate is high plus there are plenty fake IG accounts. Scammers populating the industry so be weary and make sure your Realtor is registered with REB

Majis awardee. 1st to 3rd form she placed 2nd behind a girl & missed out on Majis award for top boy & top girl. This year 1st all year & Majis awarded. Her comment " I feel like this is my 1st ever honour roll when I was in grade 2 of prep school". Well done!
