The Lockdowns Were Not What They Told You

The emerging private admissions on lockdown rationale deserve to be stated clearly.

The publicly stated purpose of the lockdowns was to reduce transmission and protect healthcare capacity.

That was the rationale given to billions of people whose lives, livelihoods, businesses, and relationships were restructured around it.

The rationale now being privately acknowledged is different.

Lockdowns preserved population susceptibility. They kept the pool of uninfected people large enough, and they suppressed early treatment pathways effectively enough, that the emergency conditions required for the injection authorization remained legally intact.

Emergency use authorization requires no adequate approved alternative.

The lockdowns helped ensure there was no adequate approved alternative.

If this is accurate, and the private admissions suggest it is, then the largest coordinated restriction of human liberty in the modern era was not primarily a public health measure.

It was a market condition.

Imagine being forced to give someone 6.2% of your paycheck, every single check, every month, for 30 to 50 years of your life.

The double standard.
The truth is that photo ID to get into Obama's library is needed to get in free on Tuesdays (wait for it... to prove Illinois residency). Yep, just like with the Save Act - participation requires ID.
Nice that Obama believes that for voting, requiring voter ID "disenfranchises" black Americans, but requiring ID to prove residency to enter his library does not...
