And with another day of buy a large, get a small, it’s time to reallocate my coffee budget. The cold foam is getting a bit out of hand @HyVee#smokeyrow
I stopped posting almost everywhere because no one was listening.
Recently I hit a brutal IT issue and reached out to contacts I hadn’t talked to in a decade—back when my goal was to become a software influencer.
That never happened. I just became me. And I’m okay with that.
Apparently a real time build video of a basic magnetic bookmark that was cut on my @xToolOfficial P2 laser was not the way to go if I wanted to get views. 😂

So either Onstar is emailing me incorrect information, or @chevy has decided that it is allowed to read the correct information wireless and on the dash tell me it is not available, showing me warning messages and forcing me to pay for service.
My front two tire pressure sensors on my @chevy have not be giving me a reading for two months, (presumably dead batteries, recently had the back to replaced due to the batteries) yet the monthly Onstar spam email always has my tire pressure available to me.
After my latest issue with @amazon—still not receiving a $30 Prime Video credit from a Cyber Monday deal—I’m seeing the downside of a company that can deliver almost anything in 2 days. Support won’t honor it without proof and says external news posting done count
It’s unrealistic for me to boycott @Amazon entirely, but I think I will make an effort to not purchase from them this month. Likely no effect on their bottom line, but it will make me feel better and maybe some of that money will end up with a small business instead.
Day 3 of @UPS putting my stuff on the truck. Let’s see if they decide to deliver it today. I’m not sure if the people at the end of the route will ever get their packages if they just start over everyday and never finish their route. 🙄
Sometimes working in IT feels like being a toddler 🤦♂️
You’re melting down over something very real, but everyone else just hears babbling and assumes you need a snack and a nap 🧃😴.
Finishing the edges on my minimalist leather wallets ✨👜
These tricky spots can only be beveled after assembly 🛠️
I’m making 4 wallets total—coming to my store soon! 🛒🔥
Shout out to the @WDMPolice K-9 unit. That was a beautifully timed traffic stop on Jordan Creek Parkway this morning. I hope you were able to get both left turners running through on red that you had to hit the breaks for.
I really wanted to stop and buy you a ☕️
🔚 Wrapping up the minimalist leather wallet build with one of my favorite parts — finishing the edges. ✨ After sanding them perfectly flush, I beveled the edges and burnished them smooth for that clean, professional look. 🪶
Hand-stitching this minimalist leather wallet using the classic saddle stitch 🪡 — simple, durable, and oddly satisfying. There’s something about slowing down and doing it by hand that just hits different. 👌
What should I make next in leather? 👇

This week I continued working on the wallet — doing some edge burnishing, applying a leather finish, and getting it glued up. I also kept going on the 3D printed LEGO-style letters… with a few fails along the way.

Before stitching, it’s all about the edges 👇
Burnish the hidden spots smooth and seal with Fiebing’s Leather Sheen for that pro finish 🪶
