Prosecutor keeps saying "ok" and "alright" after witness testimony. It is a habit that prosecutors work hard to erase and some judges (EDVA!) go berserk if you say "ok" after witness testimony--it is viewed as improper commenting on witness testimony. #ChauvinTrial
Blaming the "crowd" defense isn't persuasive. Tone when admonishing firefighter was a bit harsh; very stressful and emotional for these witnesses who are doing incredibly well. Don't agree with CNN pundit that firefighter "unraveled." (Former fed prosecutor.) #ChauvinTrial
