@ADT No. I’ve been doing this for months. It takes hours out of my day and years off my life. The decent thing to do would be to waive the charges. It’s $10.50. You should be giving me a refund but I’ll be fine if you stop billing me for service I didn’t get.

Y’all… good customer service is not hard. It’s really not. I made two requests today that were handled politely & efficiently. And then there’s the ongoing mess with @ADT & @Xfinity… for a combined total of $15.55. Post-cancellation “fees”. Garbage!
