#GoBolts captain Victor Hedman says he feels good to go again. Talking to a therapist was a big help for him.
“Reach out for help. It’s important. Obviously this game has given me a lot in life. At the end of the day there’s gonna be a life after hockey, too, and just don't stick with your thoughts. There’s a lot of people out there that you know can help you, and that's what I found out. It’s never too late either. The mental part is just as important, if not more important, than the physical part. This game has given me everything, but it takes a toll on you as well, so just don't sit around with your thoughts by yourself. Just reach out and get the help you need.”

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!!
Enough is ENOUGH. It is time to take ACTION.
This disgrace that is happening at Tottenham Hotspur footballing club cannot continue for any longer.
We head into February, and Tottenham sit 15th, 8 points above the relegation zone. And it stems from nothing but pure negligence and incompetence by those in the hierarchy.
Everybody knows the problem. The main problem. But Tottenham fans, you have to work your way up. Starting with Johan Lange.
A man so incompetent at his job, that he has TARNISHED the season. The gross negligence to not sign a single backup left sided defender, both fullback and centre back, has proved a costly decision.
You are handed a lifeline in January, you see the injuries mount, yet you have done NOTHING. NOTHING. This is your JOB. As a technical director, you are expected to find and negotiate good deals.
Tottenham head into the winter window with relegation form, but still with a chance to win the cups and end the 17 year trophy drought, with brilliant performances against Manchester City, Manchester United, and Liverpool along the way.
A few signings given the injury crisis would provide some reinforcements, and make this more likely, to get out of not only the relegation zone, but have a good chance of protecting the lead at Anfield, and Tottenham to reach their first final since 2021.
Instead, you do NOTHING. Absolutely NOTHING. You leave your manager out to dust, barely able to field a proper senior team.
We are in February. Tottenham now as a result of your negligence, sit EIGHT points above the relegation zone, which could change to 5 next week.
It is time to take action.
Now, we move onto the bigger fish. We have to take baby steps.
Daniel Levy.
Protests have happened in the past, to no avail. It is time to try something new.
It is time to organise a walkout. A walkout of the stadium, with no return. I see people against the idea of not showing up, because people will just take their ticket.
That is why you do show up. Then leave.
A big game against Manchester United, it is time to show your anger. It is time to show the person in charge that people are falling out of love with the club.
It is time to take control back.
In the 17th minute, until halftime, it is time to walk out.
It is time to show your distress, disatisfaction, and only when he sees relegation as a reality, being the business man he is, he will act.
I understand the travel costs for some people, so going to the stadium, sitting inside for 17 minutes, then leaving again - pointless. That is why you sacrifice a quarter of the game.
To make a statement.
Antonio Conte sits 1st in Serie A.
Jose Mourinho sits 2nd in the Süper Lig.
Nuno Espírito Santo sits 3rd in the Premier League.
All 3 were fired by Daniel Levy.
If that doesn't tell you the problem at Tottenham isn't the managers, nothing will 🙄
