@Giorno1998_ @MrBeast @FearedBuck They need to find underground water then build a well to filter and give access to it. Idk actual figures but they build a well and filtration for $5000 that lasts 20 years and helps 250 people. That’s $1 per year of clean water per person.

@IntroOfCoffee @jus_kevin_ I thought it was implied doing it in a healthy manner. If you’re counting eating fast food and dirty bulking then 100% it’s easier. But for weight gain in healthy your forcing your stomach to eat more than it can comfortably losing is get some self control.

@kmzzz34 @IntroOfCoffee @jus_kevin_ Idk maybe we are different I can starve myself for a whole day with no issue eat only one normal meal. But putting on weight I gotta force myself to eat. I’m also assuming it’s a healthy diet. If it was fast food diet then I agree putting on weight is easy.

@luckylimber807 @IntroOfCoffee @jus_kevin_ If your gonna dirty bulk sure then yes it’s easy gaining weight but if you are thinking about gaining or losing weight I’m assuming you want to do it in a somewhat healthy way.

@IntroOfCoffee @jus_kevin_ Losing weight is just not doing something, eating. If you find losing weight hard you have no self control. Gaining weight you have to force your stomach to eat more than it can.
