@currys your customer service is an absolute shambles. Is it standard procedure to fob off property damage caused during delivery and ask someone to pursue the courier? Even though section 49 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 states otherwise?
@currys Nothing will change, and I will just go through the usual hassle trying to speak to a human being. I will cancel the order and go to somewhere I can actually speak to someone to place an order.
