@Space_NK Hey SpaceNK. I’ve tried to redeem my Ndulge points on two recent purchases online & both times in the basket it says the points have been redeemed but when I go to pay the points haven’t been deducted, so I end up paying the full amount. Any ideas on why this happened?
@lwarne11 Well, I did it… I signed up to the September wave and my ropes arrived today! I’m very nervous that i won’t be able to do the workouts and that i’ll be the worst person in the group, but i’m going to give it a go 😬
@SW_Help Hi there. I’m following your advice not to travel today and tomorrow due to the high temperatures. I have a flex ticket that is activated, how do I claim compensation for the two days I won’t be travelling? Do I just submit a Delay Repay for 120+ minutes for both days?
@SW_Help Hi. I’ve been trying to claim back 2 tickets on my flexi season ticket for the hot weather days we had recently, following your advice to use delay repay. My claims have been denied on 2 occasions using the delay repay form. Is there a number I can call to discuss please?
@lwarne11 I do a lot of walking but not really anything else. I used to be a runner but I struggle with that now as it’s high impact on my knees. So the workouts are daunting because i don’t really have a level of fitness. And the food is daunting because i’m not great at cooking! 🤣
@lwarne11 Yes, I saw that on the website. I don’t have a Facebook account though, but i’m sure i can keep in touch with my coach another way (if i’m brave enough to sign up!)
@lwarne11 any sort of substantial change to what you’re used to is daunting. especially exercise for me. For the last few years ive tried lots of different things to get back into shape like I was in my 20s, but nothing has really stuck. Need a confidence & fitness boost for sure!

You said the longest workout was about 35mins with a few runs too. Did you find them manageable for the most part or does it feel more like boot camp?
@lwarne11 I don’t but i’ve measured a few rooms in the flat and a 9m rope would just about fit as i know you anchor it in the middle so i need 4.5m clearance to wiggle those ropes around! I’d feel very self conscious doing it in the park.
