my brother once diagnosed with mental illness, it's very hard to take care of him while he's on that hallucination and delusion state, he tried to kill himself everyday without even realized it 😭😭Don't ever overthinking and stress alone, sharing is important 🙏 #uitmberduka

Aku faham skrg tgh covid nye mmg stress belajar lg2 ODL. Aku yg amik master ni pon rase menyesal masuk study balek... Aku pon byk wey assignment report sana sini yg rushing kene submit on the last week...pastu ade final lg.. Final exam plk 50% kay utk sume subjek #uitmberduka

Yup.. Especially if lelaki yg alami depression, mereka lebih cenderung utk bunuh diri drpd attempt.. I have been protect my adik laki from bunuh diri dulu, sume jenis pisau kat rumah kitorg simpan, smpai dia tanye mane pisau 😭 the struggle is real, they need support from family.
