@TaraSetmayer When “rights” are regional, they aren’t “rights” anymore. The civil war was essentially fought on this very point. If someone isn’t free everywhere they go, they aren’t free.
Rebooting my ‘16 ‘How to Turn a Red State Blue in 90 Days’🧵since it’s evergreen.🌳 Swap out ‘Hillary’ for ‘Kamala’ and not much else has changed . As Obama said, there are NO “blue” or “red” states, WE have the power to color the map BLUE with our VOTES. https://t.co/9s4Me8rKup
BREAKING BOMBSHELL:
Donald Trump is accused of committing ADDITIONAL Class D felonies in New York with stiff penalties.
I’ll break it down as an attorney;
In case you thought that the case of convicted felon Donald Trump couldn't get any worse, ProPublica is out with a bombshell story today.
Nine witnesses in the criminal cases against former President Donald Trump have received significant financial benefits from his organization, including large raises from his campaign, severance packages, new jobs, and a grant of shares and cash from Trump’s media company.
These pay increases and other benefits often came at delicate moments in the legal proceedings against Trump. One aide who was given a plum position on the board of Trump’s social media company, for example, got the seat after he was subpoenaed but before he testified.
If prosecutors can prove that the purpose of the benefits was intended to influence any testimony, this is a serious crime.
In New York, paying a witness can be considered a crime under several statutes:
•Bribing a Witness (Class D Felony):
•Bribe Receiving by a Witness (Class D Felony):
•Tampering with a Witness (Class A Misdemeanor to Class B Felony):
Let’s share this everywhere so D.A Alvin Bragg launches an investigation!
Truth Social was around $175/share.
Now it's at $14 per share.
It might have to close now.
Say it with me, please:
EVERYTHING TRUMP TOUCHES DIES. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
@WillBernard27@RonFilipkowski Being Pence he manages to find a way to suck even when he does do something right. Like doing the right thing on Jan 6, then refusing to testify about the people who didn't.
Hey, ex-Tweeps: we've heard from many of you that Twitter's new PeopleQuestions form - the only way Twitter is allowing you to communicate with them about things like your missing paychecks, disability payments, and their other thefts from you, now includes a poison pill:
I'm not checking this account any longer. Twitter has added some bullshit about referencing the elephant network, so apologies for the nonsense in my elephant network information
I'm @ unixorn @ m s t d n . social there.
So hey, buy a car that hasn't actually helped the environment, might catch fire, can't open the rear doors if it does, and funds a cut-rate Bond villain trying to turn Twitter into a Nazi toilet if you want.
Just know what it is you're actually buying. 11/11
