Europe experiences tens of thousands of heat deaths a year.
"The real explanation comes down to two letters Europe stubbornly refuses to learn: A/C. Across the continent, only about a fifth of homes have air conditioning, against nearly 90 percent in the United States and more than 90 percent in Japan."
Here's heat deaths in European cities versus American cities with similar weather.
Your viewpoint is obviously biased by your own status as a highly skilled immigrant.
The nativists truly do not care about this, in fact, your higher status is a threat. They especially do not want immigrants that are a class above them.
Just look at how the US is treating its high-skill immigrants if you want to get a glimpse of where this political ideology leads.
