We should also change the use of the word 'failure'.

Instead, we should just use 'lesson', 'reflection', 'challenge', 'setback', 'trial', 'exploration'; take your pick.

The faster we change our language, the easier it is for us to disassociate from the concept of failure.

This frees us up to move towards language that is more inspiring and empowering from the start.
