Finally landed in Manchester after a delay of over 6 hours. The carousel for reclaim still hasn't started after an hour! The airport is empty. When will we eventually get our luggage? Hopefully we can get our cars out! No staff anywhere to help from @TUIUK or @manairport

@TUIUK Absolute disgraceful surface. Your reps at the hotel had no info & zero support at the airport. The info board has changed multiple times! Originally at 2.55pm, then 5pm, now 9pm but could change again. Understand weather problems but its the lack of communication & lies🤬

@manairport @TUIUK Still stuck in Gran Canaria Airport. Our flight to Manchester was due at 2.55pm TOM2699 but we've no idea what's going on and when it will be due? The Jet2 Manchester flight is about to leave. So hopefully we're next🤞🏼
