@LloydsBank I get maybe 15 to 20 a year. For various names. Yes I have tried to hand them in at a branch and was told there was nothing they could do. The only time you have paid attention was when I walked in with a cash card and a PIN number that had been delivered to us.
@HM_Passport My new passport arrived today. It still refers to Her Britannic Majesty. Why? If you can get your twitter name right I would have thought you could get the actual passports right.

@Hermesparcels I’m getting notifications for someone else’s parcels and have been getting them for some time. I tried to contact you by phone and through the website but there’s no way to speak to anyone about this. So from now on I’m going to redirect all these parcels.
