@matthewstoller And just for the record, he has 4.5 times as many followrers on pathetic little Bluesky than you have here at the mighty X. Maybe YOU are the one who’s confined himself.
@mattbarrows@thewholelot@timkawakami I don’t have 100k buddies. :-)
But I get it. And thanks for posting at Bluesky. We do see you there! I have found I can live without the in-game tweets, but others may feel differently. I just don’t want to paint Elon’s fence anymore, as it were.
@thewholelot@timkawakami@mattbarrows Of course, having an account is one thing, using it is another. Anyway, I’m 90% transitioned to Bluesky. I probably don’t need 10 beat writers all tweeting at me that MacCaffrey went to the locker room. :-)
@timkawakami Excellent. We're starting to get a groundswell of Bay Area Sports journalists over there. You, Matt Maiocco, Andrew Baggerly, Monte Poole.
@hankschulman I agree. Btw, any interest in moving to BlueSky? There’s a critical mass of journalists there now, though not much in terms of Bay Area sports content. But I’m going to pull the plug on this place soon in favor of BlueSky.
@RadioFreeTom The main reason I am to leave X is that I don’t want Elon to profit from my presence here. Come to BlueSky where we have a critical mass of journalists already there.
@timkawakami I know you are on Threads, but have you considered BlueSky as an alternative to X? Other than a lack of Bay Area sports content, BlueSky has a critical mass of journalists for me to switch.
@Redistrict@CookPolitical I see there is a Dave Wasserman mirror on Blue Sky. Good! I hope you will come over yourself, but the mirror will work for those of us leaving X.
@JackDunc1@TheViewFromLL2 Not sure where the most reliable stats are, but this shows age 45-64 voted Trump at a higher percentage than 65+, and higher than any other age group. https://t.co/mzbwQwOJjN
