@ATT so I spent 2 hours on the phone yesterday trying to find answers only to have the CSR end the call because “ Im not wasting anymore of my time because I can’t answer your questions.”
How is that even an acceptable answer to a customer?

@ATT I can’t get thru to anyone via phone or web to help me understand why switching to a plan that showed my bill going down $12 a month has somehow made it go up over $60. I guess you like to screw your customers and never let them understand why.
