What is @doordash thinking with a $20 minimum for pickup orders? Do they know I can pick up stuff for free with no minimum at any store I want? If I were a credit card issuer I would be pissed. DoorDash perks just became a monthly chore.
Anyone else finding it absolutely hilarious that the @nba is up-in-arms about the Jazz tanking? Like that shit hasn’t been done for the last 30 years. Spurs built dynasties off of it and now, all of the sudden, the Jazz are the big, bad team. What a joke.
Is there a more worthless companion certificate than @Delta airlines? So many restrictions and doesn’t even work on most flights they offer. Looking at the available seating on a flight that is not eligible and more than half. The seats are still open. What a worthless perk.
What the hell is @HiltonHotels thinking with the recent rate increases for rewards nights? 100k for a 3 star hotel? No increase to their points rates on credit card. Hilton Aspire card went from must-have to never use/close almost overnight.
@cojobrien Looks like the $99 is a one-time fee for a white glove experience that you pay PER FLIGHT. If that’s the case who cares? Most people won’t use it.
Anyone know how to sign up for @lyft account nowadays? Won’t accept my 18 year old sons DL # and am in a perpetual loop on their site. Terrible process.
Does ANYONE know when @Hilton plans to have gift cards available online again!? It’s been six months. Can’t be THAT hard to re-supply. It was enough time to raise points pricing 2X
Now that the full details of the @SouthwestAir changes are out I have to ask…..who will keep them as their #1 airline choice? No matter the airfare difference you’ll just lose it all the new add on fees and have less routes to choose from. Time to short LUV shares.
Unless no other carrier has a non-stop flight to where I need to go, there’s 0 reason to fly southwest going forward.
Delta, American, Alaska, etc all have similar pricing, and are better airlines after these changes.
TERRIBLE business decision by Southwest Airlines to start charging for checked bags.
It was one of the only things that differentiated them from the other airlines.
Ending “Bags Fly Free” is huge - inarguably the biggest change in Southwest’s history.
But IMO, sacrificing the brilliant branding of “Wanna Get Away” fares to instead worship at the altar of basic economy (and please its activist investor) is just plain dumb and desperate.
