I again request the GoI. As these protests are resolved, India must:

- Ban social media for under 13
- Moderate social media for under 18
- Regulate social media companies
- Mandate a reporting tool under every post to GoI
- Setup a SM/M monitoring & response cell
- Study & research social media trends & Algo
- Take up propaganda on state media with countries
- Take up anti-Indian SM psyops with partners
- Monitor and control "finfluencers" farms
- Start units that can counter the infowar on India

And I hope India is using the current opportunity to study social media operations, organization, and algorithmic warfare of the adversaries on India.

To take the right corrective measures soon, understanding that adversaries and anti-india cabal have infiltrated SM companies with insiders.

So simple ad-hoc solutions like MPs, or even cyber armies, posting our narrative on Insta now is going to solve little, as algorithm will still suppress one side and amplify the other.

While it’s important to support our students and ask for educational reforms that positively impact the future of our youth, it’s also very important that peaceful protests by students are Not hijacked by anti national elements to create chaos & change the nature of the protest.

Seeing so much hate & divide online makes me wonder if bad elements in & outside our country have already started to work overtime to weaponise the anger & frustration felt by our students.

I have always believed in hard work, equality and excellence & that should never be compromised. It is 6 months since "Liberation day" tariffs. What have US tariffs accomplished?
1. Raise revenue for government? Yes. Quite substantially. Borne almost entirely by US firms and passed on some to US consumers. So it has worked like a tax on US firms/consumers.
2. Raise inflation? Yes, by small amounts overall. More substantially for household appliances, furniture, coffee.
3. Improve trade balance? No sign yet of that.
4. Improve US manufacturing? No sign yet of that.
Overall, the score card is negative.
