@Uber_Support@UberEats you both need to allow customers to give text based reviews of drivers and restaurants. People need to know the onion rings I just paid £6 for were frozen onion rings likely from the local ASDA store.

They make you insignificant as a customer with no real support.
My whole entree was missing, a 22$ plate. Restaurant told me i didnt order a shwarma (very easy to prove wrong) and then @UberEats gives me 2$?????

@Uber_Support@Uber@UberEats My situation is I do Uber Eats part time while getting SSI... I'm allowed to make a certain amount per month. My issue is that I have financial paperwork from the SSI office that ABSOLUTELY HAS TO be filled out by a bank/financial representative from this Uber Eata job so that way SSI will be allowed access to my Uber earnings so they can see what I make and make sure I don't go over the allowed amount...
My BIG STRESSFUL ISSUE is that first I called the bank listed for Uber where our deposits are made (Evolve Bank & Trust) and they understood I'm an Uber Eats driver but said they can't help me and that they would have the right people email me... So I got an email from "Milo (Uber) branch support" it said once the email arrived... Well they contacted me and THEY ALSO SAY they are unable to assist me with this particular issue and that I have to reach out to Uber directly... WTF??? Uber is mostly AI talking to you unless you escalate it and might get a real person... They gave me a website for help or a phone number... Online help desk at https://t.co/CRcjoIAuiS, or by phone at + 1 (800) 593-7069 ... But that help site doesn't look like it'll help me...
I JUST NEED THIS PAPERWORK FILLED OUT BY A FINANCIAL REPRESENTATIVE ASAP!! I made a mistake not reporting my job when I first started 6 months ago, but when I talked with the SSI employee in person he said I was totally fine. This has been a battle for me for the last 2 weeks now...
