Back in 1977, @robjanoff was enlisted to create an Apple logo with bite – to him, this meant taking a bite out of it. He explains why the money men hated the logo, and what it was like working with Steve Jobs https://t.co/uxiGOQfMWA

If I were Mayor, I'd use the Blackfriars stumps as an archive for the Fourth Plinth commissions

RIP the great Wim Crouwel, what an inspiration.

[Alice Rawsthorn @alicerawsthorn]

Wim Crouwel RIP.
A great Dutch designer and lover of rigour, grids, Univers and Helvetica.

@Counterprint I bet Dieter loves a bit of Ettore Sottass secretly 😆

[customFriday @customfriday]

Watched @gary_hustwit “Rams” #dieterrams documentary on @BBCFOUR last night - fascinating look at such a talented man.

[customFriday @customfriday]

Excellent - not seen this yet!

[Gary Hustwit @gary_hustwit]

RAMS ON THE BEEB 🇬🇧 Brits, Leavers, Remainers, whatever the hell they're calling you these days, heads up: RAMS will have its UK television premiere on BBC4 Monday, 19 August, 21:00! It's a slightly shorter 60-minute cut of the film, but as Dieter would say, it's less but better.

When someone doesn’t like you because of who you are, say “I’m sorry. I’m not for you.” Then move on and give your energy to someone who can appreciate you.
