If so...... NOTHING; Unless, my server was very punctual and polite. One thing I cannot stand is if I'm with a girl then the female server starts calling me sugar and honey. It's disrespectful to my female company. So It all depends. Plus, Fuck tipping. They should pay enough. Just like before. When I was growing up. No one actually needed tips.

Honest answer. Over saturation of a market. The more you have the pick you have. If more people have a skill the less valuable it becomes. Happens in every industry. Therefore when that happens the company tries to suck as much value, productivity, and profit it can not caring for burnout or underpayment. Get them cheap and then replace them if necessary. Plenty of people with the skill to choose from. It's sick, but that's literally how it works. Unfortunately.
