@TMFScottP @Level20EastGuy Maybe use an Uber style rating system which is openly accessible where the purchaser rates the inspector by name. When purchasing a house you get to see the history of the inspector and make an informed decision. Possibly not as effective in a seller's market though.

Might mean slightly more frequent charges, but not enough to actually impact operations. Still not sure why people suffer such range anxiety, day to day
