@esteban_papi@SouthwestAir i tried to stress that i had been flying with them since i was an unaccompanied minor when i was <10. i also have both SW credit cards, and companion pass. the fact that everyone i’ve talked to hasn’t even seemed to care is so disappointing
@esteban_papi@SouthwestAir@united 4) tl;dr- @southwestair cancelled flight due to weather, couldn’t get us on another one when i needed to get home, was forced to spend $1200 on @united which got us home same time SW was supposed to, absolutely nothing they can do
@esteban_papi@SouthwestAir@united 3) and united didn’t even fly into the same airport as SW. so we had to uber across houston to get to my car at the other airport. and all of the SW people i have talked to had 0 sympathy and will not budge on any form of compensation
