An update: During a meeting that was more than 4 hours, the La Quinta Planning Commission tonight asked to put off further discussion on this until June so that a new traffic study could be done and other concerns could be addressed. About 17 people spoke at a public hearing.
If a meeting attended by about 50 La Quinta residents Tuesday is any indication, a Planning Commission public hearing next week should be interesting.
