Hey @AlaskaAir - really? Upgraded and then downgraded twice in one day? My assigned seat 1F was supposedly inoperable, so I had to move back to 17a. Yet I came onboard and found someone sitting in 1F! Plus the gate agent handed me that other person’s 1F boarding pass!
