@bigbasket_com very disappointed with bbdaily. Orders are not delivered and refunds are after 12hrs. What system is this. If you can't deliver an order which is booked a day in advance then refund should be instant. Poor poor experience. Leaving platform after using BB for 5yrs

We ordered today afternoon paneer subz biryani from behrouz and received creamy chicken tikka biryani with 4 gulab jamuns ... We raised complaint with swiggy help and got only refund of rs 600 the bill was 1410 rupees... If i don't get refund will go to consumer forum ..
