@airvistara - I have booked a flight with ur airline via HDFCSmartBuy. However on cancellation, the HDFC executive says you are not sharing the actual cancellation charges. my refund is stuck. Why are you not sharing the cancellation charges?

I cancelled a flight booked using SmartBuy and did not receive any refund. When enquired, you say it will take 90 to 180 days to process a refund.

Which system takes 6 months to process a refund of a cancelled flight? This is absurd and atrocious.
