@verizon wow a manager just hung up on me!!! Looks like This company is trash! Call Verizon and get hung up on! The manager literally said we will never refund a Verizon customer!!!!!!!

customer service is terrible put me on long holds and I was lied to about pre-paid on my tablet. Said would be unlimited after my gigs were up and it’s NOT!! Billion dollar company won’t give a $20 refund!!! Switch to AT&T. So much better. Verizon is TERRIBLE!!
