@ZARACare parcel “delivered” behind a bin (it’s not there -shock)! £50 out of pocket… Trying to contact Zara to complain - no telephone number, no response on chat or on instagram!!! Atrocious customer “service”. Does anyone have an email address I can complain to? Thanks

@TheRangeUK @DHLGlobal @dhlexpressuk delivering us 2 large broken stone lamps… useless! Then refusing to collect them both, so we are dumped with them… atrocious “customer service”!

[Carly Wells-Burr @cwb1426]

Have had 2 stone lamps “delivered” by @TheRangeUK @DHLGlobal @DHLUkEst - no fragile stickers and DHL have dropped them over our gates - both lamps arrived smashed and they now expect us to just “dispose of them”. Can’t put in household waste and no means of disposing!!! Joke! 😡

@SportsDirectUK I’m due to have a treadmill delivered next week and have received confirmation it will be delivered next week but will be away so need to arrange a new delivery date. Who can I contact to arrange this as there’s no help on your website? Thanks

@virginmedia complaint has been ongoing for months now… last thing we heard was on 20 July, when you said someone would be in touch “soon”. Surprise surprise, we’ve heard nada! Any chance someone might respond this side of Christmas?!?

[Carly Wells-Burr @cwb1426]

@vitabiotics I have tried contacting you via email about my subscription… no response for weeks and have no clue how to cancel my subscription as cannot get hold of you and there’s nothing on your website!

[Carly Wells-Burr @cwb1426]

@houseoffraser Still no response!!! And item still not delivered… absolutely useless and your customer service email address is absolute 💩!!! So don’t tell me to “email privately” as it doesn’t work!! I require a refund so I can purchase again elsewhere!!! #useless

@houseoffraser paid £9.99 next day delivery on 21 December… parcel still not received! No update from Evri since 22 December! Your customer service email address is useless… any chance I’m going to receive the parcel, ever???

[Carly Wells-Burr @cwb1426]

@houseoffraser it’s been 15 days since I placed an order and paid £9.99 for next day delivery… still not delivered and no update from HOF or Evri, despite emailing! How do I request a refund?

[Carly Wells-Burr @cwb1426]

@britishairways trying to check-in for our honeymoon flights tomorrow and as per usual, your “system is down” and we unable to do so! Surely time to upgrade your dinosaur IT systems? 😤

[Carly Wells-Burr @cwb1426]

@DPDgroup_news telephone and chat facilities closed until 8am, website chat and emails bounce back as “unable to send” - any ideas on how to contact you? Carrier pigeon?

[Carly Wells-Burr @cwb1426]

@DPDgroup_news we’ve been in waiting for you to deliver the suits for our wedding all day… the driver was 5 minutes from our house, an hour ago… and is now in Cardiff, over an hour away! We need an urgent update and confirmation that the suits are going to be delivered today!

[Carly Wells-Burr @cwb1426]

Last Christmas as a W-B… yikes!!! ❤️

[Carly Wells-Burr @cwb1426]

@lookfantastic I keep getting emails saying “we are sorry for the delay with your order” … but is there any chance of receiving an actual update? I need my order by Friday 17th December, as it’s a present and I’m going away on Friday so need it by then!

[Carly Wells-Burr @cwb1426]

@eurofinForensic @EAGLaboratories Results within 48 hours - Are you sure?!! We sent PCRs off first thing Monday and STILL have heard nothing from you (despite Royal Mail recording them as delivered)! No response to our emails and nobody answering calls! Atrocious “service”!

[Carly Wells-Burr @cwb1426]

To anyone considering ordering anything from @madedotcom , don’t bother!… Unless of course youre happy to wait a year for it! Absolute waste of time!!!
