We are delighted to announce that @KerryMP has joined Children Heard and Seen as a trustee.

Kerry was the very first MP to raise the issue of parental imprisonment in the House of Commons back in 2008, and has consistently campaigned for children with a parent in prison to be recognised, and offered the appropriate support.

In May last year, Kerry brought forward a 10-Minute Rule Bill calling for a statutory mechanism to identify and support children with a parent in prison, which led to that very commitment in Labour's general election manifesto.

We look forward to adding Kerry's wealth of expertise, knowledge and experience to our board of trustees.
