Today is an excellent reminder for brands that not every bandwagon is worth riding, and that restraint in posting or poking fun may be the wiser decision. Lead with empathy.

However, I remind myself regularly that marketing twitter is largely focused on a subset of marketing. A tiny slice. Not holistic.
