@AerLingus it’s now 9 weeks since you cancelled my flight, made me pay costs and still have not refunded. Despite any number of calls “we are working on it”and no solution. @rtenews I wonder how many are in a similar position?

@EamonRyan you may want to look into why @AerLingus is sitting on refunds and compensation from the pilot strike. 9 weeks and God knows how many attempts from me - nothing! Worth investigating. @rte

@AerLingus just had a guy on the phone re my refund asking me to supply my bank details to him on Remitly, send him Kenyan Shillings so he can then pay me. I suspect you have a big scam issue here!
