i decided to call this project “CONTENT WARNING YOU ARE BURIED ALIVE” bc when i first shared it, i didnt know what to call it. i also didnt know how or if i should content warn it. so i just prefaced it with that. and i thought it was so striking that i decided to name it that

anyone with even one functioning brain cell knows ur only asking this as a risk assessment so insisting that certain kinds of sexual activity “dont count” for arbitrary reasons is… a bit weird, in my opinion.

fun fact i got in trouble for saying this kind of shit during group therapy in the psych ward lol. a system that was truly built to help and heal would not punish those who questioned its (frankly, abusive) methods.

If mental illness is a medical condition, then why is inpatient care treated so differently (outside of ICU restrictions)? Why can’t we have phones or laptops in the psych ward? Why is there 1 phone for patients to share? Why is time outside limited? Why is visitation restricted?

staff who processed my intake paperwork asked me abt sexual activity+history. she said it doesn’t count if it was nonconsensual in any way. so i said “fuck well in that case i guess im a virgin”
