@SW_Help We paid 2 tickets £25, all the trains from Waterloo got cancelled that night - mine included - we took a taxi from Waterloo to Woking (85£) and I got a £10 (minus £5 commissions) refund? Yes, we scanned the ticket, but never got a chance to catch any train that night.

@virginmedia Day 16 - The extraordinary saga continues: still stranded in the internet-less wilderness, where my dreams of connectivity wither away like an unsaved document. @virginmedia keeps saying that is going to be fixed by the end of the day. Even my 4G router has problems now! It's me.

@virginmedia it's now a week that my broadband is down. Can't get in touch through customer service since there's no option to speak with an operator. The website says every day that it's going to be fixed the day after, but it isn't. Is there a way I can get realistic timelines?

@virginmedia Usual trend: today by 4PM, but I am skeptical it's going to happen. It's been two weeks that the estimated fix has been the same day or next day...but here we are, two weeks later, still broken. Luckily I bought a 4G router, so, not a big deal! Always happy to give away my money.

@virginmedia Done. However I am skeptical this will make a difference. Also, I am concerned that this is in London. I thought that being in such important city would make a difference in terms of quality of services.
