@CranzillaX Already running Powerwall 3 + Gateway on the SDG&E VPP. House stays up in an outage and we get the bill credit. Cybertruck lands in December — then the truck and the house can back each other up.
@CybertruckVin Kokie and I caught this from our backyard in Northern San Diego a few months ago. Vandenberg launches put on a show when the conditions line up — we got lucky with the jellyfish shot.
Unhitching my trailer from the Model Y is now a 10-second job. $17 drill adapter on the Makita raises the jack way faster than the hand crank. No more kneeling and grinding it up by hand.
This makes putting down your Cricket stabilizers E-Z. Chuck it in any cordless drill and drop those jacks in seconds—no more hand cranking. Camp setup just got way faster.
@MagnesNitratr T@G looks solid for the family trips. Model Y + Cricket has been working well for the lighter runs on my end too. Any tips on the longer pulls?
@JeebsTX Sometimes a smaller setup makes the whole trip easier and more enjoyable. I’ve been running a Model Y with a Taxa Cricket and it’s been a solid fit for lighter adventures. Transitioning to the Cybertruck later this month.
@MagnesNitratr This is how I’ve been traveling with my Model Y and Taxa Cricket. It’s been a good fit for lighter trips. Might be worth a look if you’re running a small teardrop.
Keeping trailer tires aired up means safer towing and longer tire life. Makita 18V LXT cordless high-pressure inflator hits 160 PSI with auto-stop and three speeds—no cords when the Model Y is parked. #ad

@JamesMcPherson Nice. That setup looks solid. Still waiting on mine, but the Model Y has been handling the lighter trailer runs just fine in the meantime.
@rhensing It’s all about aerodynamics, load balance, and what you’re trying to tow. This is a good balance for me. If you want to go bigger, go with a Cybertruck. I’m waiting for my Cybertruck delivery this month.
@mack_hat Seeing mostly Model Ys at the parks tracks. It’s already handling the longer Southwest road and park stretches cleanly while the Cybertruck side builds out.
@DigitalAssetsUS Cybertruck towing the Mini Lite through those conditions is useful data. Watching the real-world numbers while the Model Y handles the lighter Southwest runs for now.
@IvanXpress_@Tesla Mojave overlanding run looks capable. Good test of the truck on Southwest dirt and heat while the Model Y covers the everyday adventure legs.
Essential necessity for any adventure: a portable toilet that actually works. VEVOR's got the push-button flush, 5.3 gal waste tank, leak-proof and odourless design, plus carry bag. Perfect for Model Y camping trips with the pup. #ad

@misterjr24 That side quest looks worth it. Caverns of Sonora is a solid detour.
When the Cybertruck gets here — pairing it with the Cricket Taxa. Kokie’s already approved more cave and desert stops. How was the West Texas stretch for charging and comfort?
