Had to RVSP by post. I peeled off a permanent stamp from the set I bought from @canadapostcorp many years ago. Brand new, never been used, and supposed to be acceptable any time in the future. It had no cancellation marks, but they claim it was reused.

Here's an idea for @CrowdStrike and other software vendors. Let customers decide if they want to be the first to have an update, and those customers get a discount. Then critical services can be in the second round. Sadly, critical services would probably want the discount too.

IMO the St Paul's by-election was a message to @JustinTrudeau that he should have done the electoral reform. All the indep votes likely voted Libs in 2015 for the reform. Assume ranked balloting was in place & the 800+ ind's voted lib 2nd. The libs would have won the riding.
