🌐 Threat Actor Advertises Cloned Payment Cards Targeting Multiple European Countries

A cybercrime actor is advertising the sale of allegedly cloned payment cards targeting financial institutions in France, Italy, Belgium, and Germany.

* The listing claims to offer non-VBV (3D Secure not enforced) payment cards, Track 1/Track 2 dumps, PINs, and cloned ATM cards.
* The seller also advertises linked payment cards, verified PayPal accounts with balances, instant transfer services, and other financial fraud offerings.
* Pricing is based on the alleged available account balance, with higher-balance cards sold at higher prices.
* The advertisement provides a contact channel for buyers but does not include verifiable evidence supporting the claims.

Analyst Note: While the authenticity of the advertised payment cards cannot be independently verified, listings of this type remain a common indicator of active carding operations and financial cybercrime targeting European banking customers and merchants.
