After 1 month & a motherboard replacement, my network issue still exists. Rebooted OS, updated BIOS & drivers no use. No proper response from support since.
As a premium customer, this is unacceptable. If not resolved soon, I’ll escalate to @consumercourtin

Spent ₹1.2L on an HP Omen, motherboard failed in a year. Paid ₹35k for repairs, then the keyboard failed. A month later, no fix! Latest: replace if unfixable. How much more time and money do I need to waste?
