I have booked a cab till Pune railway station from my home. Fare is showing Rs 295.45 but driver is asking 500. When I asked him to cancel, he didn't cancel.
Now when it got cancelled, Uber put fine of rs 28.85 rupees on me.

I have raised a case for relocation and have paid all the amounts required for relocation. I was assured multiple times that today I will get the connection at my new location. Every time customer care asked to wait for few minutes and I will get the technician details.

I have to change a lot of plans because of this delay.

Maybe the public needs to go for consumer courts for help.

@JioCare I directly told them if it's not possible to install then let me know so that I can stop the connection and go for other service provider. But they told anyhow it will be done by today. And now I am stucked in mid.

Who will be responsible for this ?

They told me that I won't get any refund. @GoI_MeitY This is how consumer suffer when you let one organisation to establish monopoly.
