@CMOMaharashtra @TOIMumbai @mybmc @AshwiniBhide The RTI page says 24x7 helpline, but when you call, it does not connect, what a shame. The best part is Brihanmumbai Mahanagarpalika is not a listed public authority for RTI, makes me wonder if we want to be digital at all??
