@surreylive Visited Newlands Corner - only 2nd time since charges. Fewer people than usual & vandalised meters. Clearly, revenue will not be at level anticipated & repair costs will eat into profits. Claim that money raised goes to site upkeep are rubbish as never seen any maintenance there
