@LRI44@JohanBruyneel@NikoRiesen@BenjiNaesen@EricLaKakuss Totally agree that’s strange and unfair. Does not change anything about the fact that Armstrong is not the winner of those 7 TDF’s. Should be more editions without a real winner after all we know now.
Besides Remco it will be interesting to see the time gaps between top GC guys. It’s a flat TT for the real powerhouses, so there will be differences. Also: will MVDP go all out to stay in the top of GC, knowing there will be chances to get yellow back later this week…?
Todays ITT in #TDF2025 is the first real opportunity for Evenepoel to take a stage win this year and maybe even go for yellow. In the recent Dauphiné TT he gained quite some time on Pogacar. If he is able to do the same in this 33KM flat TT… we could see Remco in yellow tonight!
Today the first time Vingegaard was dropped by Pogacar in this #TDFF2025 but on the other hand: In previous years he would probably be dropped en lost half a minute on this terrain. This time it was a few seconds gap ánd he even got back to Pogacar. Pretty impressive change imo.
@lucasaganronald In the very last second of this full clip (as shown on tv) you could see the same kid next to Mathieu again so he probably got his signature in the end.
