@transit_jam I don't think CO poisoning is Cat 4 (Semi-urgent), at least Cat 3 (urgent) or Cat 2 (Emergency), even mild symptoms like headache or nausea can escalate into severe symptoms like confusion, seizures, or loss of consciousness

@tripperhead Matmo is moving north of its track and might rapidly intensify, I wouldn't rule out T8 just yet, plus if you look at past fake T8s like Roke 2017 and Nangka 2020, by HKO standard it should be T8, but I suppose the standards for T8 has become more strict, even for T3
